Laser Hair Removal Treatment #12

I did another treatment today w/ my Silk N SenseEpil Laser hair removal system.
I am a little late on this one .. But I am in the process of moving . UGH!

I again did the highest level .

My Under Arms: I would say the hair is 75-80% Gone now . And what is left is very fine and not that noticeable . I shave about once a week and probably do not need to do that , but its kind of hard to get out of the habit as goofy as that sounds.

Upper Lip: I would say same progress 75-80% gone as well. What is left is the corners of my lip if that makes sense ? And i can go now a few days with out shaving and feel comfortable with that.

Bikini Area: I did not feel like doing today . Probably 50% Less hair growth .

My chin: The big fat pain in my a$$ ! Nothing to do with the machine but its a pain and I knew it would be . I would say there is probably 50% Less growth, But not enough to shave less than every few days. Its just too noticeable on the face. But I am seeing progress. So I am happy with it , I did know it would take time w/ my chin!

Still happy with how things are moving along .

Laser Hair Removal #11

Today was treatment #11 for my Silk N SenseEpil Laser Hair removal system.
The progress is probably the same for the most part as treatment 10 .

Upper Lip :
Maybe a little smoother than last week . Its getting less and less each week that I have to shave. I did notice a hair that needed to be plucked out ( stray hair) and when I tried to pull it out it came right out, like it was not attached to anything.
So I think that it a good sign.

Chin: Again thinning , seems like each week there is a little bit of progress being made. I am happy with this . I expected this to take about twice as long as "Normal" So I am good .

Under Arms : Hair is thinning out a lot . And I shave about once a week . This should be about gone soon .

Bikini Area: Improvement . This is not a big area of concern for me so I do not notice much . But I would say there is 60% less hair growth .

My stomach area: I would say there is about 75% less hair growth ! So Good amount of progress there !

Now for the cartridges . I JUST changed the first cartridge half way through this treatment . So that is A LOT of use in my opinion . 10 1/2 treatment . I should have counted how many zaps I had each treatment, but I would say at LEAST 50 per treatment ! So that's a good amount of use out of each cartridge !

Laser Hair Removal Treatment #10 Cartridges

I am on my 10th treatment with the Silk n SenseEpil Laser hair removal machine !
My mom decided she wanted to start using it , so she told me she would buy more cartridges for it if I let her use it ! Thanks mom ! She ordered 3 off the Silk N SenseEpil site you can get them as a set . Or one at a time. Its a better deal if you get them as a set ( google coupon codes ! )

SO now to my progress. Using it on the highest level .

Upper lip: The hair is nearly all gone . There is a small mount left on the corners of my lip . I think maybe because it might be little harder to get to with the machine. But the only time I shave it now is before I use the machine .
Score, I will take that !

Chin: Oh the hair on my chinny chin chin is going to be the nemesis of me !
It IS thinner . There seems to be less of it . It also seems softer , not the course hard hair that was there before. As I sit here and felt it , my chin is soft and it seems the top of my chin ( on top of my face ) not much is left there its just my actual chin ( if that makes sense ) is what is being stubborn .
Now, let me clarify something, I personally do not believe this has anything to do w/ the machine not working , this has more to do with my PCOS condition and causing excess hair to grow than anything .
So I am still happy with the progress though .

Under Arms: The hair on the upper part of my under arms is for the most part gone. I am still "zapping" it to be sure . It stays smooth between shaves, again I only shave before a treatment .
The other part of it same thing, its getting thinner , I probably only shave it , now that I think about it before treatments.

Bikini Area : Lets just say its the same issue as my chin ! LMAO

I started my stomach 2 treatments ago and its growing back really slowly .
So another 2 or 3 treatments and I hope it will be gone !

I wanted to show y'all the difference w/ the Blush T shirt Extender on w/ this shirt.
Why ? This is one of my favorite shirts, I have not worn it in over a year because of the weight I have gained. The shirt is very thin, so any kind of muffin top shows very badly . Also I have very thin yoga pants on in this pic.

I had this shirt on this weekend w/ the extender and someone told me " looking good dropping those pounds huh !" Im wearing this thing all the time LMAO !!
I hope you can see a difference, I know I can in person .

Blush T Shirt Extender Review # 2

I have been wearing this nearly every day now since I got them ( about a week or 2 ago) and I really like them.

For some reason the black one is tighter than the other ones I got but I like it.

They work 2 different ways depending on what the size is you got and how they fit.
(at least for me )

If you get the larger one ( the white one for me ) the work as a cover up if you will for your gap in your jeans and so when you bend over and reach up no skin or muffin top pops out . Or if you have shirts that are too short and you do not want all of the above to happen . All good things . All things I looked for and all reasons why I ordered them.

The black one , since it is a bit tighter , does all of the above AND works as a tummy control garment as well . The white one does as well but just a little bit. The smaller sized ones really suck you in . (I will post a picture in a bit of a good example ) If you do not position them in just the right spot , the smaller size can tend to ride or roll down , but once you find the right spot they tend to stay.

So I think I might order a smaller size in the white and a larger size in the black so i have one of each in each size . LOL

Does that review make sense ? LOL

Sorry about all the Lush posts I was trying to win a contest ! LOL
I am still on liquids and some how managed to gain a few pounds ! WTH is that about ?

I am doing good though , I have moved myself up to chunky soups and my band feels fine.

So next week I will move to mushies and over the week I will move myself up slowly.

I think the band is doing good .

I am a Javelina's Mom !

WTF does that mean ?
My son is going to be a Texas A&M Kingsville Javelina !
This was not just as simple as him picking a college. He is a track athlete and was being recruited by several colleges. Colleges from here ( Texas) to Kansas !
The process was very stressful, exciting and stressful. Did I say stressful.
After man months of fielding coaches phone calls, visiting colleges , thinking things over and the last school he visited things kind of fell into place by accident and he has decided to commit and go to A&M Kingville.
Best of all its only 3 1/2 hours away from MOM !

I could not be prouder of my son either.
School has not been an easy thing for him. He is legally blind in one eye ,has had 2 eye surgeries and is dyslexic . ( him Driving was a little nerve wracking for me to say the least ! ) He's had a rough time at school. Track ( he throws discus and shot ) was his outlet and motivation to stay in school . Now its his motivation to continue on and get the best education he can and do the best he can . He had handled himself like a true gentleman and well mannered young man through the recruiting process and the hardest thing for him to do was call coaches and tell him he was NOT coming to their school. I could not be prouder of him.

His track season is just starting ! Its going to be an amazing Senior year for him.
I am just glad the recruiting , college selection process is over !

How is the Biotch ?

My band that is . I feel good. I was a little concerned about going ahead and leaving in even a little fill. That maybe that was not the right choice.
I can comfortably drink liquids now and not feel anything un usual or out of the ordinary . As well as when I take my meds. So that is good. I feel like I made the right choice .

So a few weeks of liquids I think i'll be back on track !

Soreness

A friend of mine who is getting a lap band soon asked me to join her for a work out today . I am OUT OF SHAPE ! My a$$ is going to pay for that work out tomorrow. Even more reason to get off my ass and go do it again tomorrow I guess. She's the one about to have surgery and she is probably in better shape than me ! ( not being mean ) She probably has more motivation than I do too , which means I need to stick w/ her and keep working out with her !

So thanks E for the work out !

My band is a biotch !

That's right I said it ! I am so pissy right now !

I just got back from my 4 hour trip to the docs office ( Including time in the office ) WHY ? Well my band the BIOTCH That she is decided to get irritated for NO DAMN REASON ! I did NOT THROW UP , I did not eat anything I should not have it just hates me I guess. I had been having some issues the last week or so . Heart burn , not being able to eat solids on a consistent basis, gurgling that kind of stuff.

So I thought " screw it, i have the money to go in I better do it " Doc told me I came in at a good time . Under fluoroscope you could see the liquids just sit there when I took a drink. I took a drink and told him " I can feel it sitting right here" when I put my hand there , it showed up on the floro right where my band was ! So when I say I can feel food or liquids sitting on top of my band , I CAN !

He wanted to totally unfill me again , But I did not want to unless I really really had to . I just lost 12 pounds !
SO he told me ' sit here for 10 minutes drinking and see how you feel ( He took out .25 of my .50 cc fill ) So you ready for this ... Here is how I sat for 10 minutes in his office !!!!




That would be the needling sticking out of my port ! I sent this to my BFF who hates needles just to freak her out !

So he left the .25 cc's in and Im on liquids for 2 weeks !

I just hope this fill behaves and the band decides to stop being a little biotch so i can get this weight off !
