Funky Monkey

I am in such a funk right now . A combo of gaining weight, stuff going in w/ the family, stress from money , hubby and I not getting along ( stress from him working out of town ) ect , ect life in general . I cant get out of this .
I am not eating healthy things right now either, which makes me feel like total crap.
I am not sleeping well at night either. Last night I went to bed at 1am (typical time for me ) I was watching TV for a while and thought i heard something or someone out side my window. Well that was it for my night. I did not go to bed until 4am then had to get up at 6 to get the kids off to school . It SUCKED .
I dont sleep well w/ DH being gone to begin with . This just stunk .
I know i just need to try to do something to get out of it , but i just do not know what .

  1. Hey girl, sorry you're not doing so well these days. Keep you head up. It's a new year and a great time to start making changes in your life. If you're not doing anything fun these days, maybe look up a fitness group to join. It has to be fun to work out now with your new body. Don't choose some boring aerobics class though. Maybe a dancing class or something fun and outside of your comfort zone. You'd be amazed at how a simple dance and rythm class can lift your spirits, even if you think it's totally cheesy. Once you're on track to being fit you'll start making better food choices again because you'll need good energy to do it.

Sorry to hear it, my Texas friend. It sucks when everything sucks. Always try to remember -- this too shall pass. And you always have us, right? :)
