Keep you head up. It's a new year and a great time to start making changes in your life. If you're not doing anything fun these days, maybe look up a fitness group to join. It has to be fun to work out now with your new body. Don't choose some boring aerobics class though. Maybe a dancing class or something fun and outside of your comfort zone. You'd be amazed at how a simple dance and rythm class can lift your spirits, even if you think it's totally cheesy.
