No p90x for me this week
I have been in bed all week w/ a damn migraine ! So no P90X for me this week. I will jump back on the band wagon again next week. I will probably go ahead and start from day 1 week 1 again ,since I was only able to do 3 days of it last week before my migraine kicked in !
I was looking around the other day and there is a P90X 2 coming out ! YIKES I need to get moving and get through the first one !
Also Beach Body ( The makers of P90X ) have some other work outs I want to try like
the 10 Minute Trainer
Also this Tai Cheng work out ! Anyone tried any of these ?
The Tai Cheng sounds interesting .

No p90x today BUT I Did do something
Did Ok today .. I did not do that great on my intake because I had a migraine , I did manage to force myself to do some yoga which is REALLY something for me .I did not do p90x I was afraid it would be too intense with my migraine, So I opted for yoga , i thought it might actually help my migraine. And it did .
But since I had a migraine I did not eat much and I walked the track for 45 min while my son was practicing .

I think I may have forgotten to write down a few things I ate . Im not sure . but its ok. I am going to find a food dairy ap on my phone so as I eat something I can write it down so I do not forget .

Working out is a Vicious Cycle !
Ya know working out really sucks, I can barely move today BUT I know if I do not do it again It will be worse tomorrow , so in order to NOT be sore tomorrow I need to keep doing it . Its a evil thing ! My p90X schedule is for Shoulders arms and the AB RIPPER ! WTF ? What the hell is an AB RIPPER ? I can barely walk today ! And my arms and shoulders are probably the worst from just Cardio yesterday , NOW They want me to FOCUS On arms and Abs to the point i RIP Them ? OMG !
