I have been in bed all week w/ a damn migraine ! So no P90X for me this week. I will jump back on the band wagon again next week. I will probably go ahead and start from day 1 week 1 again ,since I was only able to do 3 days of it last week before my migraine kicked in !
I was looking around the other day and there is a P90X 2 coming out ! YIKES I need to get moving and get through the first one !
Also Beach Body ( The makers of P90X ) have some other work outs I want to try like
the 10 Minute Trainer
Also this Tai Cheng work out ! Anyone tried any of these ?
