Tomorrow I am going to a "new" gym/personal trainer in the area. Checking it out and seeing what she has to offer.
Also I need to look into becoming a "true" vegetarian .. I cant eat red meat anymore . At all ! I get sick from it, sick as in band sick , like it gets stuck even though there is nothing in my lap band anymore. Same with chicken and most other meat esp if its dry ... So since veggies agree with me the most I need to look into doing that the right way w/ protein alternatives etc ! Anyway just wanted to give a quick update !
