Ok folks that was not THAT bad ! As long as you modify the P90X to fit your needs its not that bad, I did not expect there to be a person in the video doing different levels of the work out either, and there was.
There were a couple places I was like NO FREAKING Way i can do that . But I did at least try and did a couple of the funky push ups. But Im going to try the cardio DVD tomorrow, which just might kill me ! LMAO
I walked with a friend last night and we are walking again tonight , so this should be a good day for calories burned !
