Ok So I have actually gotten off my butt and started working out ! (Here and there ) More about that in a minute !
But I have been thinking about doing something more than what I am doing.
My mom has a copy of P90X ... NOW . I am not sure if That is something I Can do just yet ? I know some people who have started it or are doing it and are having really good results with it , frankly it intimates me .
But I was looking at their website, Beachbody. The makers of P90X makes several others video's . The 10 minute trainer looks like something I might be able to handle. Has anyone tried any of these ? I have seen infomercials on Turbo Fire and it looks like MAYBE i can handle it ?? LOL
Thoughts ?

I haven't done these either, but I am interested in hearing about how you like whichever you decide and your results if you do decide to go with any of them...and if you don't mind sharing, of course (and the same with your Couch to 5K progress too).
ReplyDeleteI haven't done either one, but i've heard the P90X is really hard. My roommate has both and said the Turbo Fire would be easier to start out with because they have some shorter videos. But she likes both of them.
ReplyDeleteI love the P90X system. Start slow, do only what you are capable of right now. You will get better at it as you get fitter. I noticed an amazing difference in 6 weeks. A year in, and I love my level of fitness. I went from a size 20 women's to a 4,5,or 6 depending on if I am in juniors or misses. You have got to give it a try.
