Scales a Moving

Again , thank GOODNESS!
I am down 3lbs since my fill on Thursday , Probably more than that since i just got over my TOM !
So If i can get below 145 and STAY THERE for a while im going to be happy !!!

I want these last 20 lbs off and NOW !!!
