Finally Scale is Rocking again

Finally my scale is rocking and rolling again !
I had my fill on 11-6-08 and im down 7 pds since then !! Im 18 lbs to goal now !
Thank GOODNESS ! I just hope I can keep this up and it keeps going down , no more ups and downs like before.
I am eating well again , not having any issues .
I think the stress of DH working out of town has settled in , Oldest son's football season is over and things are settled down enough I can just relax and focus on getting these last pounds off.
Only Bad part is the Holidays are coming up . BUT that's ok .
