I may regret this .. But I am starting a 30 challenge for squats, planks and crunches.
Anyone want to join me go ahead !! I need all the help i can get.
I have also made it to the gym 3 days in a row, big deal huh ? well I am FORCING myself. I hate the gym , I have found that i do like the elipictal fairly well now . I can manage about 45 minutes on it and the treadmill ! So that's progress. I even went while i had a migraine... I thought it might help , but it did not ! So here goes nothing !! GOOD LUCK !
