Not too much to report. I am still stalled at right at 200 pounds. My scale does NOT want to get under that 200 . But in the scales defense I have just now started to really focus on things.
I have been enjoying eating again . I have not focused too much on weight loss until this week .
I am being very careful about what I eat and drinking more water as well as walking.
So im hoping that helps me some .
